Activ Voucher – is a top-up card which specifies the number of call units you will purchase. It has a unique 13-digit code under a protective layer which is used to activate the top-up voucher.

How to use the Activ Voucher

Scratch off the protective layer to reveal a 13-digit code of the card. Dial 7070 on your mobile to call the IVR Voucher Activation Service, enter the 13-digit code of the Activ Voucher and press *.

Or dial * 110 * 13-digit code of Activ voucher # ok/yes on your mobile phone. After the voucher code has been properly entered, the top-up amount equaling the face value of the purchased voucher will be added to your account.

If you have difficulty activating your voucher, contact Activ Call Center by (727) 2588-000 or 3030 (from your mobile phone) and the operator will help you activate the 13-digit voucher activation code.

Activ Vouchers have different face value - 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 call units.
